Mrs. Emma Quesenberry. FREDERICKSBURG, VA., December 23.-Mrs. Emma Quesenberry died suddenly yesterday at her home in King George county of acute indigestion. She was a sister of Superintendent of Schools Frank Coakley, of that county.
